Delicious Chicken65- Deep-fried spicy chicken appetizer.
Chinese Food is my all-time favorite so I keep trying Chinese Dishes at home.
I love making different chicken dishes and this is a standout amongst other chicken recipes. It is, in fact, a mouth-watering Chicken dish.
As we all are in Lockdown so I suggest at least you all should try once.
Chicken 65 is a popular deep-fried spicy chicken appetizer.
This is such a dish that can set your mouth watering
Indegrients:
500gm chicken chopped in small square pieces
200gm Yoghurt ( Dahi)
2 tbsp Everest Chicken 65 Masala
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Egg
Oil as per your requirements
Curry leaves (6-8petals)
Green chili (According to taste)
1tbsp Mustard Seeds
For garnishing:
coriander leaves for garnishing
lemon wedges
onion ring
Method-
Mix the yogurt with Everest chicken 65 masala 2spoons ginger-garlic paste, cornflour & egg
Then add chicken pieces to this and mix well.
Refrigerate this mixture for about 2 hours to let it marinate.
Let us wait now for magic on the chicken pieces.
Now let's start frying
heat the oil in a Kadai.
(You need to deep fry)
Gently add the marinated chicken pieces one by one without & fry on a medium-low flame until golden brown, turning every once in a while. The outside should turn a golden brown.
Do a quick taste test and remove it from the oil. Drain on Tissue Paper.
Now take one spoon oil in the same Kadai you can use the same oil then add few mustard seeds stir fry it then add curry leaves, Pinch or red color (you can avoid it) Green chilies. Cook for 2mins then you can add you chicken pieces which you have fried. Stir it for 5mins
Now You Can Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon wedges & onion ring
Your chicken 65 is ready to serveš¤¤
