Yummy & Tummy Chicken Corn Soup
Winter Special Chicken Sweet Corn Soup recipe is quick and easy to make.
it's loaded with protein and veggies and it's normally without gluten, and it is so delicious & Yummy








A few days ago when I was down with a cold, I found myself craving for chicken soup and as my all-time favourite is "Soup"
As we all are in lockdown due to Covid-19 so I don't trust ordering food from out this time so I decided to make chicken corn soup at home.
So in case you're on the chase for another chicken soup this season, or in case you're feeling sick and are out of luck or some warm and comfortable solace food, get your soup
So here is the Recipe
Ingredients:
250g Boneless Chicken (Shredded)
150gm Corn (boiled)
Water (As per Requirement)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Spring Onions chopped
Green chopped Spring Onion
 1 Small Bowl chopped Carrot
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ tbsp. Chopped Ginger
1 Chopped Green chilli
Corn Paste
3 cups Chicken Stock
Black Pepper (crushed)
Salt – (You can adjust according to your taste)
 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1tbsp-Chilli Sauce
Cornflour & Water
 2 Egg White 





Method
For Corn Paste
Take some corn and water in a blender grind it into a paste

For Boneless (Breast)  Chicken  Sherdded
 Take Boneless Chicken & 5 Cups of Water add 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste and pinch of black pepper powder & salt according to taste. Boiled it for 15-20mins

1. Take a wok and heat some oil, add spring onion (white) ,green chilli , minced garlic & ginger after that stir fry it for a minute then add chopped carrot (you can add any vegetables whatever you like) stir fry it for 2 mins.
 2.After that add corn paste and swirl it around, now add chicken stock and mix it well.
3. Increase the heat, add crushed black pepper, salt, Soya Sauce, Red Chill Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and boiled corn, let the soup boil.
4. Once it is about to boil, add chicken and stir it around
5. Now add cornflour slurry (cornflour + water) and stir it well to maintain consistency.
 6. Take egg whites and add a little into the soup.
7. Turn off the heat and add spring onion (green)





Chicken Sweet Corn Soup is ready to serve.
